Refund Eligibility

• Course Access and Completion:

  • Full refunds are available if the request is made within 14 days of purchase and the student has accessed less than 20% of the course content.
  • No refunds will be provided if more than 20% of the course has been accessed or if the request is made after 14 days of purchase.

• Technical Issues:

  • If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued.

• Duplicate Purchase:

  • If you accidentally purchase the same course more than once, please contact us within 30 days of the second purchase for a full refund of the duplicate purchase.

Refund Process
